KITCHENER, ON – Rangers Reach is excited to announce a partnership with the St. Mary’s General Hospital Foundation (SMGHF), kicking of a Rangers Reach Community Impact 50/50 Raffle on New Year’s Day 2021 to promote and support heart health in our community. 

The Raffle will support the lifesaving work St. Mary’s Regional Cardiac Care Centre offers as one of the premier cardiac care centres in our province right here in our own community. Recognizing the importance of St. Mary’s role, several local businesses quickly signed on to promote the Raffle.

This January-long initiative, culminating with a draw on February 1, is proudly presented by Arnold Hearing Centres. When extended the opportunity to get involved, Chris Arnold, owner of Arnold Hearing Centres was excited to participate.

The Community Impact 50/50 Raffle in support of St. Mary’s General Hospital Foundation, presented by Arnold Hearing Centres, will kick off on Friday January 1st, 2021 with sales opening at 9:00 a.m. There will be seven sponsored “Early Bird” prizes with a total value of over $5,200 drawn throughout the month beginning on January 5th. We’re incredibly grateful for the support of all of our sponsors. These great local businesses have donated all of the Early Bird prizes for the Raffle.

Tickets can be purchased online at reach5050.com. In addition to the 50/50 jackpot for one lucky winner, and the seven Early Bird draw prizes, Rangers Reach is including a Reid Valade game-worn Kitchener Rangers jersey and a $200 Rangers Authentics Gift Card as two Consolation prizes. The complete Raffle outline with all the prize draw dates is below. Tickets purchased prior to each Early Bird Draw Deadline will be eligible for that date’s prize draw. ALL tickets purchase during the sales period will be included in the Jackpot Draw and Consolation Prize Draws on February 1st.

Early-bird winners will have their ticket automatically re-entered for the jackpot and consolation draws.

The Rangers Reach 50/50 Raffle will conclude on Monday February 1, 2021 at 3:00 pm EST.

As a result of the government imposed restrictions and should public health guidelines permit, we will draw the jackpot winner and two consolation prizes live on the Kitchener Rangers YouTube Channel at 3:30 pm on Monday February 1st, hosted by Mike Farwell of 570 News.
