Olivia Manes, Operations Coordinator

Olivia Manes, Operations Coordinator

Olivia studied Marketing at Conestoga College and Sport & Event Marketing at Fanshawe College. With a lifelong love of hockey and a passion for giving back, she was naturally drawn to the sport industry and its unique ability to bring fans together to drive meaningful impact within a given community.

She joined Rangers Reach as an intern and later transitioned into the role of Operations Coordinator. Working alongside volunteers, fans, and local organizations, she has seen firsthand the strength of our community and the power of a shared purpose.

The most rewarding part of her role is seeing the difference that Rangers Reach makes in people’s lives. Whether that’s life-changing jackpot wins or grants, scholarships, and donations that open up opportunities for students, children, and individuals in our community.

She is proud to be part of an organization that continues to make a lasting impact in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region.

Sarah Zister, Accoutant

Sarah is a lifelong hockey fan who grew up playing hockey in Kitchener. With the rink serving as a second home for much of her life, she has developed a deep appreciation for the important role that sport plays in building strong, connected communities and the commitment to volunteerism.

Sarah has been actively involved with Kitchener Minor Hockey as a coach for many years. Her Rangers Reach volunteer journey began when she helped sell 50/50 tickets at a Canada–U.S. women’s hockey game. Excited by the experience and the opportunity to give back, she became a regular volunteer and has remained actively involved ever since. She finds great reward in seeing the positive impact these efforts have on individuals, families, and organizations throughout the region, and is proud to contribute to initiatives that help strengthen the community she calls home.
