Kitchener, ON – June 4th 2026 – Rangers Reach is proud to present $36,848 to YMCA of Three Rivers as the 2026 playoff bonus jackpot beneficiary!
Following an unforgettable season on the ice, this year’s campaign produced the biggest playoff bonus jackpot in Rangers Reach history!
YMCA leaders, youth representatives, and members of the Rangers Reach team met for a cheque presentation on June 3rd to celebrate this historic moment!
These proceeds will go straight towards youth-focused projects, making sure local kids can join important community programs, no matter their financial situation.
“This generous contribution from Rangers Reach is a game-changer for our community programs,” said Lisa Hood, VP, Marketing and Philanthropy at the YMCA of Three Rivers. “These funds allow us to expand our reach, providing more inclusive spaces where local youth can build confidence, develop new skills, and connect with their peers. We are incredibly grateful for the ongoing partnership with the Kitchener Rangers organization and their fans.”
The donation is already making a difference for the youth who use these programs. Jackson Miller, a 12-year-old YMCA member who attended the cheque presentation, saw the community support up close.
“Being in the Aud and being part of the cheque presentation was an amazing experience,” said Miller. “It’s really cool to know that so many fans in our city care about the programs we go to every week. It makes you feel proud to be part of this community.”
