Rangers Reach is pleased to announce Jessica Roberts as its next Executive Director, effective August 4th, 2026.
A selection committee consisting of three members of the Rangers Reach Board of Directors and Joe Birch, Chief Operating Officer of the Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club, led the appointment process.
Jess started her career in our community, working on Corporate Social Responsibility projects at RIM/BlackBerry. She moved to the United Kingdom where she worked in several non-profit and charitable organizations. Jess returned to Canada a few years ago and most recently served as Vice President, Citizenship and Social Impact, at RBC Capital Markets.
As Executive Director, Jess will work closely with the Board of Directors, the Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club, partners, volunteers, and community organizations to continue growing our impact across the Kitchener-Waterloo Region.
