T-Shirt campaign nets 10,238 meals for Food Bank

Rangers Reach is proud to announce that the RTown Strong t-shirt campaign supporting the Food Bank of Waterloo Region has raised $3,412.50.

The proceeds from the fundraiser were presented to Kim Wilhelm, the Director of Development at The Food Bank of Waterloo Region (pictured on right), by Rangers Reach board member Lynne Short (pictured on left). The donation will provide 10,238 meals to individuals and families impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rangers Reach makes $8,000 donation

During the 2019/20 regular season, Rangers goaltender Jacob Ingham and his family continued his Jake Saves campaign. The campaign provided a donation of $5 for every save he made during the season to help patients in need of blood. The Kitchener Rangers and Rangers Reach committed to matching that donation with another $5 for every save.

Rangers Reach Supports KSA with Donation

Rangers Reach recently presented the Kitchener Sports Association (KSA) with a donation of $10,000. As a result, this will assist with KSA’s efforts to support various programs within our community.

“The relationship we maintain with KSA is important to Rangers Reach” said Board Chair, Tim Jackson. “Above all, they are an important partner and we look forward to expanding our relationship in the future to benefit our community.”
