Rangers Reach is dedicated to assisting the fundraising efforts of registered charities, non-profit organizations, agencies and events in our community.
The following policy and guidelines have been developed as a way to create consistency and fairness to organizations that seek support.
Prior to completing your submission, please read and review the following:
- Only requests received using our online form will be considered. We do not accept email or telephone requests.
- Requests are limited to one in a 12 month period per organization.
- Merchandise Donation, Sponsorship and Mascot requests must be received a minimum of six weeks prior to the event date – approved requests are generally filled approximately 10-14 days prior to the event date.
- Your event must benefit a charity, not-for-profit organization, community or educational organization. The benefactor of your fundraising event must clearly be identified in your request. Without this information, we can not approve support for your event.
- Events supporting individual teams or personal fundraisers (Buck and Does, Birthdays etc.) will not be considered.
- The organization/association requesting the donation be located within Waterloo Region.
Requests not meeting the above criteria will not be considered for approval.
We do not accept items to be signed, provide items for personal collections/use, contribute to business awards incentive programs, donate to personal fundraisers or donate to organizations soliciting on behalf of a third party.
Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, telephone and email inquiries regarding donations and/or request status are not permitted.
