Rangers Reach and the Kitchener Rangers are thrilled to have collaborated on yet another record breaking season of raising funds to support the Waterloo Region Community!
The Rangers Reach team is extremely grateful towards our dedicated volunteers and game partners for supporting our success this year. Through our Game Day 50/50 and Game Worn Jersey Raffles at Kitchener Rangers and KW Titans home games, an impressive $1.34M was raised, surpassing last year’s total!
The 2024-25 season was an outstanding success for the team at Rangers Reach. We surpassed our record breaking fundraising amount from the 23-24 season and are already planning more enhancements and additions to our programming for the upcoming season.
Rangers Reach Executive Director, Craig Campbell highlights the success is attributed to many factors. From the support from our partners at the Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club, our season sponsor, Arnold Hearing Centres, and the Rangers fans who continue to buy tickets. This not only provides huge jackpots but also help us make real impact in our community. “We have shown our commitment to Waterloo Region by investing funding in so many important causes. From Community Impact Grants, to Scholarships, to major funding grants like Child Witness Centre, the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region, and KidsAbility, we supported over 130 local organizations and groups. Of course, none of these success stories would be possible without the commitment of our volunteers. They are the lifeblood of what we do and the reason we can provide so many supports to our community. The over 3,200 hours of volunteer service they provided throughout the season is the key factor in our success.”
Kitchener Rangers COO, Joe Birch added, “the dedication to service and community through Rangers Reach was outstanding this year.
